Our NOBODY BEATS US Guarantee is valid only for legitimate Authorized retailers.

The Authorized Internet retailer must have the identical product in-stock.

Our NOBODY BEATS US Guarantee is valid for only one price match per order and is limited to up to three (3) of the same product, shipped to the same address.

We only price match USA retailers and websites.

Prices are compared by item and include the product price, applicable taxes, plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.

Our NOBODY BEATS US Guarantee does not apply to non manufacturers warranted products or gray market items on our site. 'Gray' products  have  unauthorized and unsupported resale.

Our NOBODY BEATS US policy excludes limited closeout specials, auction items, clearance items, refurbished or used products, special orders, special 'club member' pricing, products subject to a no return policy and incorrect pricing that is the result of a typographical error or omission.

Our NOBODY BEATS US policy does not apply to products on a backorder status or on restrained supply from the manufacturer.
Retailers selling gray market items, do not qualify.

Auction site retailers are not qualified for price comparison.

Retailers that offer considerably lower prices online but charge exorbitant shipping, handling and insurance charges.

Retailers that employ bait and switch tactics. These unethical retailers show considerably lower prices online and when contacted by telephone they change the selling price or reveal the item is out of stock or discontinued and try to sell you a different product entirely.

Retailers that specialize in the sale of refurbished products or products that have been purchased in distressed condition and represent those products as new.

Retailers that are not Manufacturer Authorized Online Resellers, which can result in the product not being under warranty and thus being sold at lower prices.







Due to out of stock status, it is our policy not to display price or take preorders. 
The item will return to inventory in 7 to 10 days. 

When we quote you a price, this indicates that the item is in-stock.  We feel this policy provides a greater level of customer service.

If located outside of USA you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for cost if any. Customs forms for all international packages will be enclosed with a sales receipt listing selling price.   Upon your request we can omit the sales receipt however we are unable to insure for value of purchase. We can not be held responsible for any taxes or custom fees.

mWhere can I ship my order using GuaranteedSHIP delivery?

Continental United States ONLY. Does NOT apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, International orders, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Can I use GuaranteedSHIP for all items?

GuaranteedSHIP is available for all items EXCEPT items that are on back-order, personalized products, drop-ship products (items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer), or items with non-standard shipping charges, as noted on product detail page.

How does the 3-5 day guarantee work?

Your order will be delivered within 5 business days from the date the product ships. You will receive a GuaranteedSHIP email when your order leaves our warehouse. This is the start of the 3-5 day window. If you do not receive your order by the 5th day you can contact us to get a full refund of your shipping charges.

How can I track my order?

Your GuaranteedSHIP Confirmation email will include a link to track your order OR you can visit our Order Status page and simply enter your Order Number and Customer Number

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped using FEDEX or USPS

What should I do if my order arrives after 5 days?
